Inevitably, Monique had a message for Seti some time later. She was pregnant! Aziz was the first person they told – after all, he was going to be a Grandfather! He couldn’t have been happier for Seti.

Being the gentleman he is, Seti insisted Monique moved in with him. She’s very excited – she’s going to be a Mum!

The whole family went out for a celebratory breakfast at the restaurant. It gave Monique a chance to meet Seti’s brothers properly and get to know them all, since she’s going to be family!

As he pregnancy progresses, she gets more and more uncomfortable. Thankfully, Seti is a very attentive boyfriend 🙂

Finally, after a few hours of labour, Monique gave birth to twin boys, Ethan and Damien!

Seti’s so proud of Monique. Their goal now is to save up so they can buy a house. The two bedroomed apartment is okay while the twins are babies but as they get older, they’ll need a lot more space!

After another workout, Ra went for a stroll through the modern area of Windenburg. He even managed to witness the first snow of the year as he breathed in the cool, sea air.
That night was the premiere for a new season of Ra’s favourite show, The Tomb Raiders. This season, they’re exploring the Egyptian tombs of Al Simhara. Ra’s particularly excited because Al Simhara was his father’s birthplace! He even recognised some of the landmarks in the premiere from his visits to Egypt as a child. It seems, however, that Ra might have been the only person to see the premiere. Nobody else had.

There was some good news for Ra though – his book of short stories for young adults had been nominated for a Simlight Accolade! He went out to the Blue Velvet to celebrate with a group of complete, yet merry, strangers. Aziz then invited him out to a bar in Oasis Springs for the Talent Show. Ra didn’t know Aziz even played the violin (nor did I). It seems like he probably wasn’t missing much!

The best news of course, was that Ra won the award! He was so excited and proud! He’s vowed to work as hard as he can on each of his writing projects.

Erika wants to be famous. Very famous. So she’s signed up with an agency and is going to be an actress – she hopes. She starts rehearsing for her part in an upcoming advert. She’s very excited and a little nervous. Pazir is full of support for her though.

A late night writing session, Ra? He wandered past Pazir and Erika’s apartment looking a little bleary-eyed and clutching his coffee one morning.

Pazir and Erika have moved into their own house! They’ve bought a small, two-bedroomed house in Newcrest. (I forgot to take pictures of the exterior. I will next time I play them though!). Erika approves.

“She’s got the look, she’s got the look
What in the world can make a brown-eyed girl turn blue?”
Erika won’t be bragging about her first acting role any time soon. Thankfully, nobody will recognise her. Hopefully, they won’t recognise her singing voice at the end of the advert, either.

This happened. Apparently, Erika and Moira don’t get along yet Moira phoned and invited Erika out so they could settle their differences. It worked because they talked all through dinner and have ended up with a tiny green bar of friendship. A long way to go before full friends but better than disliking each other.

Pazir and Erika weren’t too bothered about celebrating Harvestfest this year. However, Pazir did add a little companion to their lives. Erika is a cat lover so…meet Cream Soda.

By far the most spoilt cat if ever there was one.

Seth called round to visit them and see how they were settling in. Erika got quite excited – Seth’s a celebrity! Only a local one, admittedly but she’d seen several advert’s he’d been in. She got a little fangirlish at this point. Seth clearly adores the attention.
“Hey, how you doin’?”
Pazir had seen enough and went to bed.
A few days before the official start of winter, Aziz and Seth went to the train station in the Spice district to greet Ameen, Aziz’s brother. Ameen, his new wife Marina and her two children, Seraphina and Marco are going to be staying with Aziz and Seth until after Christmas when they hope to buy their own place. Ameen just got a job in the local hospital and Marina is an artist.
*Gameplay Note ~ For those who are familiar with the sims in Al Simhara in Sims 3, you’ll know that Ameen Moussa lives with his child brother Aziz, their mother Nabila and grandmother Uum. I’ve always adored Ameen and always envisioned him as a doctor. Marina is a TS4 version of Marina Prattle from Bridgeport. Seraphina is a paper girl in Bridgeport but I’ve always been struck by the fact that her and Marina look exactly alike and are dressed alike, yet not related in Bridgeport. I usually make them mother and daughter. Marco came from Sunset Valley as a different paperboy when I once played Marina, Ameen and Seraphina in that town. He was so cute with his curly hair that Marina ‘adopted’ him. The backstory for this version, however, is that Marina is divorced, he ex-husband is Italian from Monte Vista and that Marina and Ameen have just recently got married in Bridgeport before moving to San Myshuno for a while.

Thankfully, the Spice festival was in town to warm everyone up since it was so cold out. Seth actually got crowned Spice Champion!
That’s what you call a busy autumn!
The Moussa’s have moved into apartments of their own to free up some space.
Meanwhile,
